Spin Reels
What are the differences between baitcasters and spinning reels?
And also, what do you use?
hey man, the spinner reel is the one that hangs up under the rod. and the bait caster is the smaller one that you control the line with your thumb.

which ever a person chooses both type of reels are great reels. i have about 12 spinning reels. different ones for different applications. some for crappie fishing a few for bass fishing and the rest for surf and pier saltwater fishing.
