Paintball Ion Air Lose?
My Smart Parts Ion will burn through 2000 psi in 3/4 of a hopper. IM Not leaking and my hoses are all fine. My friends say to get a QEV which is….. is it something that limits the air, making you more efficient. Does this lower your BPS or Velocity. Pros and Cons…. details and price please.
My Dwell is changed to raise my bps to 17, i think its at oike 36, i don’t remember exactally.
I can try to help you but first I have some questions. What is your velocity set on. What does the guage say on your gun. Whats the volume of your tank? cu/####. Also what kind of hopper do you have and how much can it hold? Cause I have a 48/3000 air tank and it burns about 1 halo b and 2 pods worth of balls with my ion. If your tank has a lower Cu than mine it should be good and theres nothing wrong with your gun. The description of your tank should be on your tank. I do not have a qev and I have my dwell set to 40 and my rof set to 8. Usually stock ions are around 40 clicks starting from the bottom for dwell. Also a QEV helps your effieciency of your guns use of air. With the QEV you can lower your dwell alot lower and usually gives you at least a pod or 2 of extra balls. It’s usually around 20.00 bucks. Smart parts has one specifically made for ions. But hey…
